Shipping Partners
We work with Packeta, DHL, GLS, DPD, MPL, Express One, DACHSER, UPS who are our trusted logistics partners, to deliver BohoPop orders across Europe. BohoPop reserves the right to use others depending on their availability and suitability for the order. BohoPop is not responsible for any delays once the piece has left our premises.
Processing Time
Ordered products will be delivered as quickly as possible in accordance with the requested shipping method. All shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the EU: 1–3 business days, depending on your country. Remote areas may require additional transit time.
Shipping Costs
Flat standard shipping fee applies per order, calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping is available on all orders above 30.000 Ft in Hungary (after discounts and before VAT, where applicable).
Non-Delivery & Returns
If a parcel is not delivered and returned to BohoPop, we will process a refund of the order value including standard shipping fees. If you wish to have the order resent, new shipping fees will apply.
Express or special delivery: The cost of any extra shipping beyond the standard rate is not refundable.
