Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bohopop.hu.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately as soon as you discover the damage and at the latest within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• When reporting damage, please include:
• Photos of the box, with the shipping label clearly visible.
• Photos of the inner protection inside the box.
• Photos of the damaged product (if more than one item is damaged, please also include a group picture)
• Please note that orders shipped on pallets must be returned with the original pallet.

Please Note: We do not accept returns based on slight differences in color, material, or design. Some items are custom made or handmade products made from natural materials, and slight imperfections or differences are considered part of the appeal of our collection.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
What Can’t Be Returned?

For hygiene and quality reasons, some items are non-returnable:

• Perishable goods such as food, drinks, plants, perfumes, and toiletries.
• Personal care items with a hygiene seal once broken—earrings, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics.
• Personalised or made-to-order products.
• Items that have been used, returned without original packaging or tags, or are not in a resaleable condition.
• Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
